John has been involved in Coastal real estate for over 20 years…whether it be financing properties as a
community banker, owning a small business, financing small business endeavors, appraising properties,
or underwriting loan request. John has the background to guide you through your residential and
commercial real estate dreams!
John has a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Real Estate from Georgia
Southern University. In addition, John was an MBA Management candidate at Brenau University. John
has held a Ga. Registered Appraisers license where he was a practicing Real Estate Appraiser, NASD
Securities licenses in Ga. and Fla as a Financial Advisor, along with multiple insurance licenses in Ga. and
Fla.
John has extensive knowledge in construction lending, property financing including vacant land and
mortgage lending, property valuations, and small business lending. As a Commercial and Residential
lender John has the experience and background to walk you through your selling, purchasing, financing,
and closing. If you know your numbers, then you’ll know your dream will become a reality.
In addition to John’s love for real estate, John loves his community by being involved at his local church,
active President of the Rotary Club of Camden County, board member with the Camden County
Alzheimer’s Project, Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, along with numerous other activities that
promote Camden County and help make our community the wonderful place it is.
